During his past positions he gained strong experience in various aspects of technology and cell product development to bridge the gap between concept, clinical implementation and commercialization. Christian is the inventor of several field-relevant patents related to cell manufacturing and engineering.

Sabine Radisch

Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder

Sabine’s expertise is to build bridges between biological/medical and engineering topics. She has 13 years of experience in the field of biotechnology and cell therapy with deep expertise in technical device/product development as well as process development for cell & gene therapy generation. Sabine knowledge is also around medical device and consumables development and manufacturing management.

Dr. Stefan Dreher

Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Stefan has over 14 years of experience in the field of biotechnology and cell therapy. His past position as manufacturing & supply chain lead in GMP environment qualifies him as an expert in supply chain topics for ancillary materials/raw materials/components in cell & gene therapy. As CMO manager, Stefan is leading the manufacturing of components required for TQx’s proprietary cell selection technology and activation reagent.

Christin’s expertise is in the field of commercial strategy and organization design with over 8 years of experience in strategic consulting within the pharmaceutical and life science industry as well as in the field of venture building. Her deep knowledge in commercial strategy and venture building contributes to shaping the future of biotech endeavors, ultimately benefiting patients, and advancing healthcare.

Theresa Kagerbauer

Scientist

Theresa’s practical experience with more than 3 years in molecular biology & immunology is essential for contributing to TQx vision in inducing a paradigm shift in cell & gene therapy. In the past she has built a solid knowledge foundation in Good Clinical Practice and clinical trials which helps her to connect hands-on work and clinical practice. Furthermore, Theresa is an expert in lab management.

Steffi Pann

Senior Scientist

Steffi has a strong background in immunology and cell therapy, with ten years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. She has hands-on experience of Good Manufacturing Practice in the production of T cell products. Steffi also brings expertise and personal passion for quality assurance and regulatory affairs topics, which will strongly strengthen TQx’s regulatory background.

Jörn Tolstrup

Clinical Development Lead

Jörn has more than 15 years of clinical operations experience both on the vendor and sponsor side. His hands-on experience spans over all clinical trial phases and a diverse set of indications with a focus on hemato-oncology illnesses. Jörn built substantial knowledge around the clinical and regulatory aspects of early phase cell and gene therapy trials.

Michaela Wagner

Michaela has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the field of hematology, oncology and immunology, making her an expert in the development, performance and interpretation of cellular analytics. With her broad knowledge of state-of-the-art methods, she supports the transfer of TQx’s vision from bench top to bedside.

Alexander Lohr

Process Engineer

Alex has more than 6 years of experience in the field of biochemistry and biotechnology. His past positions built his expertise in the development of manufacturing processes, as well as the manufacturing of drug substances and products under GMP guidelines at a commercial scale. Alex is working closely with external manufacturing partners for producing components needed during a cell & gene therapy generation process.

Prof. Dr. med. Dimitrios Mougiakakos, MHBA

Leading expert in hematology, oncology, and cell therapy. He is internationally recognized for pioneering clinical applications of CAR-T cell therapies, notably extending their use beyond cancer to autoimmune diseases such as myasthenia gravis.
