The CELLbricator system enables our CELLbriX PRO & CELLbriX ULTRA process. The system combines highly automated targeted cell selection and genetic manipulation within one step. The T-FABfinity technology is an integrated component of our system enabling safe and selective in vivo therapy delivery

Cell Selection (T-FABfinity)

TQ Therapeutics’ proprietary T-FABfinity cell selection technology, an affinity and column-based cell isolation technology is a closed, automated module for fast, residual-free positive cell selection of untouched CD3+ T target cells from sources such as whole blood and apheresis products. The module will deliver high-purity cell enrichment in under two hours, streamlining workflows.

Marker Library: We can extend our cell selection markers to any cell type that is expressing an antigen on their surface (e.g. NK cells, B-Cells…)

Cell Activation (FABtivate)

The FABtivate activation reagent is a soluble, three-component protein complex composed of a multimerized Streptactin backbone functionalized with kinetically optimized anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 Fab fragments. Designed for in vitro stimulation and expansion of human T cells, FABtivate is particularly optimized for automated cell manufacturing systems.

It delivers robust, physiological T cell activation with precise control over stimulation (strength and duration). The activation signal can be rapidly and completely terminated by administering D-Biotin, which triggers dissociation of the complex and enables full removal of FABtivate residuals during downstream processing. FABtivate is seamlessly integratable in our CELLbriX PRO Process.
